Performance with the children of the Shanghai Angel's Music Salon (2017)
In our very first event, we were so honored to have been able to rehearse and perform with the teens of the Shanghai Angel's Music Salon in China. This group was established in 2008 by Cao Xiaoxia and volunteers who were members of the Shanghai City Symphony Orchestra that sought to teach children with autism how to play instruments. Even though all of the children were on varying levels of the autism spectrum, with the help of volunteer musicians, it was incredible to see them play their instruments with such skill and passion. Upon first hearing them play, we didn't even realize that they were any different from regular students! Music greatly impacted these children and changed their lives, allowing them to open up and better communicate with their peers and their teachers.

Performance at Carmen Road School (2019)
Performing with our woodwind quartet, we sought to bring music to special education schools. Despite not being able to teach the students how to play instruments, we thought of ways to play fun and interactive pieces that would bring a smile to the children's faces.

Virtual Performance (2021)
The Covid-19 pandemic changed everyone's lives along with how we approached music. All of our plans were halted but we still had so much to do and we wanted to keep on bringing music to the children in various special education schools. Although we weren't able to perform live this time, we were able to reach more schools. We are so thankful for the help of many of our talented friends who submitted music for this virtual concert.
